While optimism and confidence is great an easy scalable business model will enable you to easily grow and reduce man power with demand and fluctuations in the market so that you are never forced into bankruptcy. Though perhaps most importantly, a scalable business  is one which can easily run without you and keep running while you enjoy the freedom you want or in the case you get sick. This way your income will never be in jeopardy.

It is true that scalability is something many entrepreneurs struggle with. It takes extensive business experience and a deep understanding of business development for foresee a lot of the issues that can limit your organization, making it always wise to get a second opinion from an expert before you leap.
