Marketing Advice From Albert EinsteinToday marketing gurus are trying to hammer the message home to businesses planning Internet marketing initiatives that they should be focusing on providing free, valuable content. This still seems like a difficult adjustment for some small businesses to accept, though perhaps easier when put into perspective by Albert Einstein. Decades ago Einstein is quoted as saying “Try not to become a man of success. Rather become a man of value”. By focusing on providing value and striving to be of help and service to others you will find it much easier to attract Internet users to your web assets whether it is your website, blog or social media profiles. By providing value and solutions people will be drawn to you and be compelled to do business with you instead of you having to be out there hammering consumers and trying to convince and sell them on your product or service. This does not mean that you cannot promote the benefits and advantages of what you have to offer. Of course you want people to know how great it is and why they should choose it. Though if you look at your own habits and what types of marketing turn you off and which turn you on you will likely find even more supporting evidence for choosing a more value centered approach to promoting your company online.
