As a new and growing business you need to find creative ways to differentiate and position your business to stand out from the crowd and increase profits. Look at Disney. They started small and went on to develop a successful theme park, but never stopped asking what they could do next. Building on their successes they found placing parks around the globe to be profitable. They added more parks in one location so that visitors would pay more and stay longer. Then they added hotels and now even offer time shares. Still they continue to upgrade and add on today. So give some thought to how you can apply this forward thinking in your business. What can you do to add to your services to increase the value of each contact? What can you offer that will help you catch prospects earlier and hold on to them longer?
